Plastic Raw Materials We Use in Contract Manufacturing

We select and mold the most suitable engineering plastics according to your product's intended use and mechanical requirements.

Polypropylene (PP)

Commonly molded for plastic housewares, kitchenware and packaging that require food safety, flexibility and chemical resistance.

ABS / Polystyrene (PS)

Used in baby product spare parts and functional furniture components that require high impact strength, a glossy surface and rigidity.

Engineering Plastics

With Polycarbonate (PC), Polyamide (PA6 / PA66) and copolymer-reinforced materials we produce technical plastic parts with high load and temperature resistance.

How Are Plastic Injection Contract Manufacturing Prices Determined?

Contract injection molding costs are calculated transparently based on 3 main factors.

1. Mold Preparation & Design

If you have your own mold, there is no mold cost. If you do not, mold design and manufacturing from scratch are reflected in the quote.

2. Material Type & Weight

The weight of the part and the type of raw material used (PP, ABS, PA, etc.) determine the unit material cost.

3. Cycle Time & Tonnage

The hourly machine rate is calculated based on the number of mold cavities and the tonnage of the machine used (120T – 320T).

What is plastic injection contract manufacturing?

Plastic injection contract manufacturing is a model where a company that wants plastic products made — instead of investing in the machinery, mold and production facility itself — supplies the mold and material (or has them produced) and has the production carried out by another specialist facility. It is a flexible system that eliminates start-up costs.

If I don't have a mold for contract manufacturing, do you help?

Yes. If you have a technical drawing (3D model) or a physical sample of the part you want produced, our in-house mold design team handles the mold manufacturing, and once the mold is complete we move on to series contract molding.

How is the contract injection molding price calculated?

The quote is calculated transparently based on the weight of the part, the type of material used, the number of parts the mold produces per shot (cavity count), the cycle time of the part and the hourly rate of the machine it will run on.

Do you provide contract manufacturing in the Istanbul Esenyurt area?

Yes, our production facility is in the Alkop Industrial Estate, Akçaburgaz, Esenyurt, Istanbul. We provide contract plastic manufacturing and logistics coordination support to partners in Esenyurt, across Istanbul and throughout Turkey.
