Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by DS Plastik as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed
The following personal data is processed through the product order and information form, contact form or direct contact channels on our site:
- Name, surname or company contact information
- Phone number
- E-mail address (where provided)
- Subject of the request, requested quantity and free-text message content
- IP address and form submission time (security log record)
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Evaluating and responding to the product/quote request you submit
- Pricing the requested products and planning production and shipping processes
- Conducting customer relations and establishing contracts and preliminary negotiations
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and creating evidence in legal disputes
- Ensuring site security and preventing misuse
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) "being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract", Art. 5/2 (f) "being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject", and on the basis of the explicit consent you give on the form.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is shared with our company employees only to the extent necessary to evaluate your request; apart from mandatory notifications to legal authorities, it is not shared with third parties and is not transferred abroad. Our IT service providers (site infrastructure, hosting and e-mail services) can access this data only to the extent technically necessary.
6. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the purpose of processing requires. When these periods expire, your request is concluded, or you withdraw your explicit consent, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, every data subject has the following rights:
- To learn whether their personal data is processed
- To request information if their personal data has been processed
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad
- To request correction of personal data that is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 7
- To request that correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to third parties
- To object to a result against the person arising from the analysis of processed data solely by automated systems
- To request compensation if they suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

Your applications are concluded free of charge within at most 30 (thirty) days, under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
