DS Plastik entered the plastic injection industry in 2017 and, without compromising on its principles of integrity, customer satisfaction and high quality standards, has come a long way in a short time.

On this journey, which we began by producing spare parts for baby products, we expanded our range by adding housewares (home and kitchen) products and furniture plastic parts in line with market demand and customer needs.

Today, at our modern 400 m² indoor facility in the Alkop Industrial Estate in Esenyurt, Istanbul, with 5 high-tech plastic injection machines and 1 extruder, we produce our own products and bring our partners' projects to life with contract manufacturing solutions.

Our founder İsmail SUBAŞI, who entered the plastic injection industry in 2017, founded DS Plastik by combining his engineering knowledge with management experience.

İsmail SUBAŞI, who entered the industry in 2017 producing baby product spare parts, quickly positioned DS Plastik as a reliable contract manufacturing partner with his sector experience and engineering approach. Today the company provides plastic injection services to a wide range of industries — primarily baby product, furniture, motorcycle, toy and kitchenware spare parts — and keeps exports among the company's essentials alongside the domestic market.

Bushing Rocking Mechanism

While the rocking mechanism of baby cribs was previously made with bearing systems, our founder İsmail SUBAŞI redesigned this product from scratch, replacing the bearing system with a bushing mechanism.

This original design became DS Plastik's starting point and was protected with a Utility Model certificate. Our first differentiating step in the industry still forms the basis of our R&D-focused work today.

Production with Machines Made in Turkey

All of the plastic injection machines we use at our facility are domestic machines made in Turkey. In line with our principle of contributing to the local economy, we maintain this approach at every stage, from material sourcing to equipment selection.

We export what we produce not only to the domestic market but to international markets as well. Export is among our company's essentials, and we meet international quality expectations every day.
